He is a practicing advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana since 2022.

With a strong foundation in both technology and law, Aviral regularly advises inventors, startups, research institutions, and businesses on securing and managing intellectual property rights in India and internationally. His experience spans patents, trademarks, industrial designs, and related IP advisory matters, assisting clients in developing commercially relevant and strategically aligned intellectual property portfolios.
