Sneha Sharma is a seasoned attorney based in India with over a decade of experience in advising on, prosecuting, and enforcing intellectual property rights across industries and technologies. She is a practicing advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2014.

An engineer-turned-lawyer and a registered Indian Patent Agent, Sneha brings deep technical and legal expertise to the protection and enforcement of patents across a broad spectrum of technologies, including biotechnology, agri-tech., material sciences, chemistry, mechanical inventions, electronics, software, and other emerging technologies.
