Vijender is a Chartered Accountant (India), Certified Public Accountant (US), and Registered Valuer (IBBI), with over a decade of experience in business and equity valuations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and strategic CFO advisory. He brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to financial strategy and transaction structuring, with extensive exposure across industries including pharmaceuticals, technology, FMCG, and manufacturing.

He has experience in advising startups, mid-sized enterprises, and large corporates across the business lifecycle with expertise in bridging financial strategy with legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring that transactions are structured to maximise value while remaining fully aligned with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and RBI guidelines.

Vijender’s core areas of practice include business and equity valuations, M&A advisory, financial and tax due diligence, and fundraising advisory across angel, venture capital, private equity, and debt structures. He also advises clients in a virtual and fractional CFO capacity, supporting MIS frameworks, investor communication, capital structuring, and strategic financial planning.

At the firm, Vijender is involved in advising businesses on corporate compliance, transaction structuring, financial due diligence, and valuation support for mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic restructuring.
